• No Odors or Washing: We WILL NOT accept any items that have been washed, altered, or show any signs of wear, including perfume, detergent, or smoke odors.
• Security Tag Notice: As shown on our packaging, once the security tag is removed or cut, the item cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
• To start a return or exchange, please contact our support team. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will guide you through your refund or exchange.
