30-Day Return Policy You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, free from any stains or odors, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase ready.

For your convenience, we can provide a discounted return shipping label, the cost of which will be deducted from your total refund.

Alternatively, you may arrange and pay for your own return shipping through your preferred carrier. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items To maintain the highest health and hygiene standards for all our customers, certain items are strictly final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes all jewelry, accessories, hairpieces, and sets that include these items. Additionally, for all dresses and formal wear, a security tag is attached. If this tag is removed, broken, or tampered with, the item will not be eligible for return.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.
Damaged or Incorrect Items We strive for perfection in every order. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you!
