Q: Where do you ship from, and how long does shipping take?

A: All our products are actively kept in stock and ready for immediate dispatch. Because our inventory is locally managed and strictly maintained, we are able to process and pack your order within just 1 business day.

Q: How long will it take for my package to arrive?

A: Shipping is fast and efficient! It typically takes only 3 to 5 business days to arrive, depending on how far your state is from our warehouse location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is shipped.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make modifications.

2. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: Can I return dresses and children’s clothing?

A: Yes, we gladly accept returns on dresses and children's clothing within 30 days of delivery.

Q: What are the strict conditions for a clothing return to be accepted?

A: To ensure a fair, premium, and hygienic experience for all our customers, returns must meet the following strict criteria:

  1. Security Tag: All dresses and apparel are shipped with a prominent Security Tag attached. Returns will only be accepted if this Security Tag remains fully attached, unbroken, and completely untampered with.

  2. Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Q: What is your return policy for jewelry and accessories?

A: For strictly hygienic and health protection reasons, all jewelry and accessories (including earrings, necklaces, and accessory sets) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain the highest safety and health standards.
